A southern queen who loves freedom dreaming, long drives, and homecooked food. She is sustained by her village of lifelong learners committed to transforming justice in our world. When she's not reading, writing, or teaching, she's spending quality time with  her family and comrades, including her fur baby, Nala. Since joining LAM, her fellow members have sparked within her a deep and abiding joy for collective learning about Black feminisms.
